Policy Update: Changing dentists at the practice 

At the practice you may want to change your dentist, our policy is that we request the change in writing for all requests, whether this be an email or a letter. In the request please explain in as much detail the reason for wanting to change dentist, your current dentist and dentist you are requesting to change to and along with your full details. Please note we can not accept the request via a telephone call, our reception team will guide you on the steps to make the request. 

All requests will be submitted and reviewed by the practice owner, Gary Hills, who will make the decision based on the request. Please note we can not accept all requests due to contract space, this means the dentist you are requesting may not have the space to allocate new patient care. We apologise if your request is declined but please be aware we may not always be able to.
