Lucy joined the team in July 2013. She has passed her Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing and has registered with the GDC. Lucy decided to go down the administrative/managerial path and has now gained the following qualifications – level 2 diploma in Business Administration, Dental Reception Lead, Level 3 Practice Management and is now working towards Level 3 in HR. She has now taken on the role of admin lead.
After leaving sixth form in 2013 I was not sure what I wanted to do as a career. My friend Jaime worked at the practice at the time and informed me there was a job going so I thought id go for it and see where it takes me… 10 years later I am here as admin lead!
I started as a trainee dental nurse and once qualified, I realised I enjoyed the admin side so went down that career path gaining qualifications in; Business administration, higher dental reception lead skills and advanced dental practice manager. I am always looking to learn new things therefore have recently enrolled in an HR course. St Annes Dental Clinic has opened a lot of opportunities for me, and I am extremely grateful.
I would not be where I am if it were not for St Annes Dental Clinic and the support of Gary. I am incredibly happy in my job role and working with a great team.
